In cases where the Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrail included in the offer cannot be fitted due to limited space, it may be exchanged for a Stira Metal Safety Handrail, or its value deduced from price of any of our Stira Attic Safety Balustrades ordered. No other exchanges can be made, for example the cost of the Stira Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrail cannot be deducted from the price of Stira loft ladder system.

The possibility of fitting a Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrail will be confirmed by our Stira installer.

If our installer does not have adequate stock of Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrails during your installation, he will can come back WHEN HE IS IN THE AREA to install the Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrail.

Alternatively it can be dropped off for DIY installation. Stira accepts no responsibility for Deluxe Attic Safety Grabrails that were not installed by our installers.”
