These systems incorporates even more unique strengthening design features, deeper steps, heavier stiles, super stronger hinges to name a few, and come in a range of sizes to suit every home.
Note: If you intend to install your Stira Semi-Automatic system flush against a permanent structure in your loft space such as a wall, you’ll require an extra 40mm clearance on the motor side, and/or an extra 20mm clearance on the bearing side on the width. For the length, you’ll require an extra 40mm clearance at the motor end. All at a height of approximately 430mm above the trapdoor. This is to allow for these Semi-Automatic elements which protrude past the outer frame external width and length dimensions. View drawing.
Import Delivery Information: In cases of narrow roads approach, overhanging trees, Cul de Sacs, housing estates, limited parking, no safe vehicle turning area, or anything that impedes large vehicle access, or gravel/chippings surfaces or kerbs, delivery restrictions will apply. The Heavy Duty Semi-Auto Stira has unique design features allowing our ladders to be manufactured to an individual customers requirements. Our Fitters carry the range of standard sizes with them so in most cases our Fitter can fit a Stira in 1 ½ hours.
