These systems incorporates even more unique strengthening design features, deeper steps, heavier stiles, super stronger hinges to name a few, and come in a range of sizes to suit every home.
From 2-storey and bungalow houses, to 100 year old cottages and Georgian houses, since 1982, we’ve seen it all!
We can also install your Stira loft ladder system in a completely new location/room if required. This involves creating a new opening. This is often the only option if your current opening is in a tight spot and can’t be adjusted or extended as required. We can also install into lath and plaster ceilings. Both these services incur extra cost which our surveyor assessor will confirm with you should they be applicable.
Please note: Should extra works need to be carried out such as taking up flooring, removing existing insulation, having to box out an area to make it work, or attending to a customers personal request, these extra works which incur extra cost.
All Heavy Duty and Fire Rated Stiras are made to measure and there is a 9 week lead (from online purchase/deposit payment) time on custom orders.
